Dan CM Consulting is a certified M/W/BE construction management firm and developer whose partners possess years of successful experience overseeing all phases and types of multimillion-dollar construction on public and private projects. At Dan CM Consulting a meticulous but common-sense approach is given to the construction management process. Our approach and methodology to construction management is to meticulously administer construction contracts beginning with scope inception. The more foresight given at the beginning of the project the higher the probability for a successful, timely, budget friendly project that can be turned over to the end user. We review site conditions and logistics during the Scope and Design Phases to ensure that the design concept is actualized and that the project is constructable within the parameters of the design intent. We provide a meticulous review of all contract documents construction drawings, specifications and contract, where applicable to ensure the bid set is coordinated and error free. Our thorough review during the Pre-Construction phase translates into the expert ability to enforce contract compliance during the Construction Phase.

Dan CM Consulting possesses first-hand experience managing Program Managers, Construction Managers and Design Firms. Based on this expertise in procuring and managing major consulting contracts we can troubleshoot issues, in order to enforce the optimum service required by those contracts.
